Thoughtfully designed for larger groups, the home features six spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for everyone in your party. Five king beds, six twin beds, and one full bed comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests, while the private elevator provides convenient access to all levels of the home.
The experience extends beyond the house itself. Just an easy walk from the home's location are the community's pool, tennis courts, and fitness center, giving you even more ways to enjoy your time on St. George Island without getting in the car. The private community also offers a second community pool, pickleball courts and a private aircraft landing strip.

Additional Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are not given unless the property can be re-rented for the same nights. Â If so, a refund will be given minus a 15% rebooking fee.
Electric Vehicle Charging:
EV Charging Stations are available at the Plantation community clubhouse just five houses away from Beachfront Paradise SGI.
Additional Notes:
- There are security cameras on the exterior of the property.
- Up to four (4)Â cars are allowed to be parked at the property.
- Windows and doors cannot be left open and alarms will sound if they are.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- No smoking or vaping allowed indoors.
- Quiet hours are 10:00pm to 7:30am
- Homeowner's Association rules are included in the rental agreement and must be followed.
