Travel Insurance:

Additional Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are not given unless the property can be re-rented for the same nights. Â If so, a refund will be given minus a 15% rebooking fee.
Electric Vehicle Charging:
EV Charging Stations are available at the Plantation community clubhouse just five houses away from Beachfront Paradise SGI.
Additional Notes:
- There are security cameras on the exterior of the property.
- Up to four (4)Â cars are allowed to be parked at the property.
- Windows and doors cannot be left open and alarms will sound if they are.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- No smoking or vaping allowed indoors.
- Quiet hours are 10:00pm to 7:30am
- Homeowner's Association rules are included in the rental agreement and must be followed.
